Her Holiday Man is an absolute treat! Set during the Thanksgiving and Christmas season in small town New Hampshire, Ms. Stacey shares the sweet romance between Will and Christina: two adults, both hurting and alone, finding friendship and love.
Despite its shortened length, Her Holiday Man is a deeply emotional journey, giving readers so much more than a quick love story. Both Will and Christina have painful pasts, and I started to tear up more than once when Will would remember his late wife. The author is able to develop rich backstories for the characters, without diminishing the present tale.
I devoured Her Holiday Man in one sitting and finished with a full heart and smile on my face. It's the perfect companion for snuggling on the couch during the cold winter days.
My Rating: A, loved it!
